The Master’s degree in Integrative Technologies and Architectural Design Research (ITECH) is an interdisciplinary, research-oriented and experimental study program that focuses on current aspects of the human-made environment and how it is dealt with.
The aim of the course is to prepare students from different disciplines for the sustained advances in technological and computational processes in architecture and for their mixing with the fields of design, engineering, construction and natural sciences. Intensive, critical and analytical approaches to computer-based design, simulation and production are combined in the ITECH course, whereby a special focus is placed on questioning the limits of spatial design in current architectural and engineering practice.
