You will learn the basics of aesthetic perception, experience and expressions of art as well as their importance for the appropriation of the world and self-education of elementary school children in the context of art didactic questions, concepts and methods.The students know the importance of aesthetic education and artistic processes for the education and upbringing of children and how they work. You have deepened your own artistic experiences and are able to initiate art pedagogical practice in elementary school even in heterogeneous groups. Didactic day internships also enable you to have your first reflective experience in the design of lessons. In the didactic training you will also learn the ability to approach different types of learning with the approaches of elementary art education and to perceive and reflect on the mutual interpenetration of artistic and educational aspects.
The bachelor's degree is modular. Within the modules, the course content is thematically summarized in different study and teaching forms. In each module you have to achieve a fixed number of credit points as well as certain study and examination achievements.
