Overview

The Master of Mergers & Acquisitions is positioned at the interface between law and economics. In an interdisciplinary approach, special legal, business and tax knowledge is imparted in the areas of M&A and corporate finance in order to train the participants to become highly qualified M&A consultants.

The Master of Mergers & Acquisitions study program provides participants with all the theoretical and practical knowledge they need to successfully support an M&A deal as a manager or consultant.

Graduates are able to carry out complex analyzes of legal, economic and tax problems in M&A transactions and to develop solution concepts based on them in an interdisciplinary approach. They are able to accompany companies through all stages of the M&A process and to advise them professionally at the highest level. They can present the results of their work in an appealing way and convince others of the solutions developed. You can conduct (contract) negotiations efficiently and successfully.

Successful graduates are employed in leading positions in M&A and corporate finance, in law firms, banks, auditing firms or consulting companies and lead national and international M&A deals.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • first university degree, preferably in law or economics,
  • preferably two years of professional experience with a relationship with mergers & acquisitions as well
  • successful completion of the admission procedure at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
