Consulting and Strategic Management
Students acquire knowledge of the central concepts of consulting, strategic management as well as the tools and frameworks that are typically used in consulting projects in the business and IT sector and can apply them independently.
Management of IT projects imparts knowledge about preparing, planning and executing IT projects as well as dealing with clients, project team members and other stakeholders, mastering project crises and moderating differences of opinion. Students work independently on a complex problem from the field of business informatics using scientific methods within a specified period.
