The bachelor's degree in business chemistry is recognized at home and abroad as the first degree and opens up a variety of opportunities. Most of our graduates, however, opt for a master's degree in business chemistry or chemistry.
Due to their special qualifications, graduates in business chemistry are often employed in interface positions in chemical and pharmaceutical companies, but also in chemical trading and management consulting. There they can use their chemical expertise to make commercial decision-making processes particularly profitable.
Due to the growing functional specialization, e.g. in production and R&D controlling, graduates of business chemistry can also be deployed anywhere where, in addition to competent handling of controlling instruments, a scientific way of working is advantageous when planning and implementing projects.
