The Graduate Record Examination or GRE is a required standardized exam by those candidates who wish to seek admission to graduate courses like MS, MSc, MBA, etc. at universities in a foreign country.
Students who plan to register themselves for the GRE exam is required to follow the below-mentioned steps.
Step 1: Candidates are required to create a new account or log in to an already existing account on the official website.
Step 2: Students will then be required to carefully flesh out their profile. They will also be required to mention additional information that could come handy during the time of their admission or sending of scores to the universities.
Step 3: Students would be then needed to select their GRE Test Centre/Exam Date that is most appropriate to them as test-takers. Here is an example screenshot for students to know how to book their date for the test.
Step 4: Once the student has planned for his/her choice of Test Date and Exam Centre he/she would be redirected to the exam payment gateway page. Students would be required to pay the GRE test fee as mentioned. They should be careful to check the details of the examination as per their requirement. Once the payment is made, changes made henceforth would incur an additional price.
Step 5: After the payment is made. Students can take a print out of the acknowledgment receipt. They can also have access to the same on the dashboard of their accounts.

The form must be received at least three weeks before your choice of the earliest GRE test date. A confirmation number, reporting time and the test center address will be emailed, faxed or mailed to you.
